AS7Games Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Rules

1Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on AS7Games and use the platform's services, you must meet all of the following mandatory criteria without exception:

• Minimum age: be at least 18 years old. AS7Games is an adults-only platform. Use by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure with a refund of the deposited balance.
• Residence: be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF. We do not accept registrations from individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Legal capacity: have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, as defined by the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002).
• Single account: each individual may hold only one account at AS7Games, linked to a single CPF. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and results in the immediate suspension of all identified accounts.
• Accurate information: provide accurate and up-to-date registration information. False or incomplete data constitutes grounds for account closure without prior notice.

Registration is free and takes less than 2 minutes. After creating your account, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. Your account only becomes fully active once the email is confirmed. The AS7Games reserves the right to decline registrations without providing a reason, should it identify fraud risks or inconsistencies in the information provided.

2Player Account

By creating your account on AS7Games, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) secure and confidential. AS7Games is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own failure to protect their credentials.

• Password: choose a strong password, unique to AS7Games, and never share it with anyone. AS7Games will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): available and recommended for all players. Enable it in your account's security settings for an extra layer of protection.
• Suspicious access: if you notice any access that was not made by you, change your password immediately and contact support.
• Inactivity: accounts with no activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. AS7Games will notify the account holder by email before taking any action on inactive accounts.

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded via Pix after identity verification, minus any pending obligations (such as accepted bonuses with an incomplete rollover). The closure process takes up to 5 business days.

3Deposits & Payments

The AS7Games accepts the following deposit methods, all in Brazilian reals (BRL):

• Pix — primary method, instant processing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Works with all banks and institutions with active Pix: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and all other participants in the Banco Central do Brasil Pix system.
• Boleto bancário — reimbursed within 3 business days after payment.
• Credit card — processed within 1 hour. Visa and Mastercard accepted.
• Debit card — instant processing.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — instant processing via direct integration.

All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves, using a payment method registered under the same CPF as the AS7Games account. Deposits made by third parties will be returned to the original payment method and may trigger an account investigation. The AS7Games does not charge fees on deposits — transaction costs are absorbed by the platform.

Deposited funds become available immediately upon transaction confirmation — instantly in the case of Pix. For boleto bancário, the credit is applied after bank clearance, which may take up to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

4Withdrawals

Withdrawals at AS7Games are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered on the account, which must be linked to the account holder's CPF. The platform does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, even those of family members.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 30.00.
• Processing time: up to 15 minutes for withdrawals via Pix under normal conditions. During peak demand periods or for the account's first withdrawal (which may include identity verification), processing can take up to 24 hours.
• KYC verification on first withdrawal: the first withdrawal from each account requires identity verification (a government-issued photo ID and proof of address). This process is completed once and does not need to be repeated for subsequent withdrawals.
• Daily limit: withdrawals above R$ 20,000.00 per day may be subject to manual review for anti-money laundering compliance.

The AS7Games may temporarily hold a withdrawal for investigation in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or registration inconsistencies. In such cases, the player will be notified by email with an estimated resolution timeframe. If the investigation confirms the account is in good standing, the withdrawal is released immediately.

5Bonuses & Promotions

The AS7Games offers a range of promotions — welcome bonuses, reloads, VIP cashback, tournaments, and freerolls — each with specific terms published on the promotion's page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Rollover: the amount you need to wager in order to convert your bonus balance into withdrawable funds. At AS7Games, the rollover is always calculated on the bonus amount received — not on the sum of deposit plus bonus, as is common on other platforms.
• Timeframe: each bonus has a set deadline to complete the rollover requirement — typically 30 days. Unused bonuses or unmet rollover requirements within that period will result in the cancellation of any remaining bonus balance.
• Eligibility: welcome bonuses are valid for the first deposit on new accounts only. Accounts with a history of bonus abuse — including previously suspended accounts — are not eligible.
• Bonus withdrawal limit: winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal of 5 times the bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Game contribution: not all games contribute equally to the rollover. Slots and crash games contribute 100%; live casino contributes 20%; poker contributes 15%; roulette (outside bets) contributes 10%. Cancelled, refunded, or zero-value bets do not count.

6Betting Rules

Bets placed on the AS7Games — whether in casino games, slots, poker, roulette, Sports Betting, or e-sports — are subject to specific rules per category. The general principles are:

• Confirmed bets are final: a bet confirmed by the system cannot be canceled or changed by the player, except in cases of verified technical error on the platform.
• System error: bets placed during technical failures, odds errors caused by typos, or misclassified events may be voided by AS7Games, with the wagered amount refunded. AS7Games will notify all affected players.
• Sports Betting: coverage includes Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, UEFA Champions League, volleyball (Superliga and international competitions), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, Formula 1, and e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Free Fire, Valorant). Settlement rules for each market are available in the Sports Betting section of the platform.
• E-sports betting: canceled or interrupted matches that do not reach the regulation result are voided and stakes are refunded. Matches that reach an official result — even if contested — are settled according to the result declared by the tournament organizer.
• Poker: the game follows standard Texas Hold'em and Omaha rules. Collusion between players and the use of real-time assistance software are prohibited and result in an immediate ban.

The AS7Games may set maximum bet limits per event or per market for risk management purposes. These limits are defined dynamically and may vary by sport, market, and player level. For questions about specific limits, please contact support.

7Responsible Gambling

The AS7Games is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Online entertainment should be enjoyable and within each player's financial and emotional limits. The following tools are available to all players:

• Deposit limit: you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account dashboard. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period (to prevent impulsive decisions).
• Session time limit: set up alerts to be notified after a period of continuous play. The platform may ask you to confirm that you wish to continue after the alert is triggered.
• Temporary self-exclusion: breaks of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During self-exclusion, account access is blocked and no promotional communications are sent.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure initiated for responsible gambling reasons is processed within 24 hours. Any available balance is returned via Pix. Once the account is permanently closed, it is not possible to create a new account using the same CPF.

The AS7Games may proactively impose limits on accounts that show signs of problem gambling — such as a sudden increase in deposits, very long sessions, or betting patterns associated with compulsive behavior. These interventions are made in the player's best interest and are communicated by email with guidance on how to seek help.

8Privacy & Data Protection (LGPD)

The AS7Games handles all players' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD). The key guidelines are:

• Data collected: full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, phone number, banking details (for Pix processing), and betting and transaction history.
• Purpose: data is used exclusively for platform operations, identity verification, payment processing, account communications, and compliance with legal obligations.
• Data sharing: data is shared only with payment processors (for Pix, boleto, and card transactions), regulatory authorities when required by law, and technology providers bound by confidentiality agreements. It is never sold or transferred for third-party commercial purposes.

• Retention: data is retained for the legally required period (typically 5 years for financial data, in accordance with Central Bank regulations) and deleted thereafter.

9User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

The AS7Games operates in an entertainment environment and expects all players to behave ethically and lawfully. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or banning, with possible balance retention pending investigation:

• Fraud and scams: attempted fraud within the payment system, unauthorized use of third-party credit cards, fraudulent chargebacks, or any scheme designed to obtain an unlawful advantage.
• Collusion: colluding on outcomes with other players at Poker tables, Live Casino, or Sports Betting.
• Bots and automation: use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human behavior on the platform.
• Multiple accounts: creating additional accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times or to circumvent suspensions.
• Money laundering: use of the platform for unlawful financial transactions. AS7Games reports suspicious activity to the relevant authorities, as required by Law No. 9.613/1998.
• Sports betting manipulation: bets based on insider information or participation in match-fixing schemes.

The AS7Games uses automated fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns and transactions in real time. Conduct investigations are carried out by the compliance team and may take up to 30 days. During an investigation, the account balance may be preventively frozen.

10Changes to Terms & General Provisions

The AS7Games reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered players will be notified by email at least 7 days before any changes take effect, except where urgent updates are required by law or regulation — in which case they may take effect immediately.

• Acceptance of changes: continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account without penalty before the effective date.
• Applicable law: these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Defense Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990), the Internet Civil Framework (Lei nº 12.965/2014), and the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018).
• Jurisdiction: the courts of the Comarca de São Paulo are elected as the exclusive venue for resolving any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, with the parties waiving the right to any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
• General provisions: the invalidity of any clause in these terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. AS7Games' tolerance of any breach does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce compliance in the future.
